The hotel is 2 hrs drive from the airport and taxis are rather expensive in Shanghai approx. RMB 280 one side to the hotel. The city center is far away and the nearest subway station is a good 15 kms from the hotel, so only mode of transport is either taxi or a bus, if you know the local language. The staff is helpful and although they do not understand English very well but will try to help you as best as they can. Rooms are smaller but comfortable and mini bar is adequately stuffed. I tried the local chinese cuisine and couldn't even get half way through it, thankfully there's a McDonald's within walking distance and I had all my breakfasts there. For business travelers going to factories in Shanghai or Suzhou this hotel is fine but for shoppers or leisure there are better hotels.

Why can't the hotel provide the invoice? The guest must apply invoice from Agoda? That's so strange.
That gives a trouble to guest.

Fantastic hotel

great service. there was always someone behind reception that could speak english. the whole complex appears to be very new and the facilities are also excellent. the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. there is a fantastic lounge in the lobby and the restaurant attached serves some unbelievable food! defintely one of the best hotels i have stayed in! unfortunate about the location. it is about 1hour and 30 mins from the center of shanghai and while is seemed to be in a nicer part of fengxiang. it is excellent if you have business in the area and great value for money for a 5 star hotel!

初めて泊まりましたが、ごく普通の中国のホテルです。上海の外れの方にあるので日本料理もなくただ壁が薄いか何かで隣の部屋の声がうるさく寝れませんでした。
朝食もあまり期待しない方がいいでしょう。次回は別のホテルに泊まります。
