Zoran S. Business travelers Australia, October 25, 2012	Dissapointing.Bad customer service. The rooms are pretty good. 5.3 The staff were very rude when we arrived at 11.00pm. Very tired and they wouldn`t check us in until I ptinted out a receipt from the net. What a hassle it was. They wouldn`t even go out of their way to get us a taxi. First and last time.

There is always one at the desk who speaks better English than others. Good sized bedrooms. Flat screen TV, TV5 Monde. Deco rooms very modern, very comfortable bed, two types of pillows per person, more conveniences to work with iPod / iPhone wakes up every morning and work desk with computer jacks needed. Great room bainavec bath, shower, several extras such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc. .... Very pretty and nice bar with ability to order are spring rolls and nachos. Weaker points: carpets, floors and smoking non-smoking floors, only wifi in the lobby and the second at Resto, Resto a little expensive for the quality, continental breakfast and Western and Asian style buffet ordinary.far from the attractions for tourist, hard to get cabs.
