clean, reasonable decor, friendly service.
Even on 14th floor car horns can be heard all night however this would be the case at any hotel in this city. More like 4 star than 5 but so is price.
For the money this is a quite reasonable hotel, having travelled a lot in China this is not bad at all although I was only there one night so could not enjoy all the facilities. The interior is new a little dated styling by western standards but this is Shenyang City not Shanghai.
Breakfast was good, nice atmosphere with friendly service. The rooms are nicely furnished.
