Staff was helpful, we booked two nights for non-smoking room but was never told that they do not have a non smoking floor at all. They were happy to show me other rooms when complained but I cannot stand the smell and they agreed to refund one night. Very disappointing, rundown - although relatively new but been poorly look after, dirty - towels were smelly, floor with stain everywhere, not worth considering if you are used to international standard hotels. Never bothered about the food, you will know what I need when you get there.

Horrible smell. A cockroach on my plate in the restaurant. Thought the hotel had a good location and nice hardware from the picture. Didn't know what I was getting until I walked into the room, a horrible strong odor that smells like dead corpse. So I insisted to change a room, and the hotel staff was friendly enough to let me change, but the new room was no better. Same smell, I suppose from the carpet, even after opening the window and let the air con run for full strength for 2 hours, the smell couldn't be repelled. The smell was so horrible it gave me an asthma attack. Went downstairs for lunch at 2 o'clock, had quite nice service until I found a dead cockroach sitting on the plate which serves as under plate for a hotpot, my appetite instantly gone and I will never come back to this hotel, not even if this hotel is paying me for.
Restaurant Tip : if u love to stare at cockroach when having food, come here. if u have a fetish for strong odor that smells like dead body, come here.
