The hotel is good location and good staff, very convenient to stay here.

The location is great, and have in room internet.

No food court around here and the food in the hotel is not much.

This hotel should rated as a 3/4 star hotel, and still needs to invest much more in maintenance, staff unprofessional- if this is supposed to be in best western chain hotel.. deluxe rooms are just ok.

This hotel should not be 4 stars hotel, maybe it could be just a 3 stars or 3.5 stars only. The room is too old and small, toilet is also small and facility is not a 5 stars. One thing good is just the location.

This hotel room service staff standard still very bad,they questioned my client about missing one tower, the hotel apologized after reporting it to the manager on duty.

We stayed in the deluxe room. The stay was really pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was really convenient with underground, train station, bus terminal, and HK boarder all in 5min walking distance. All these quality services were provided at a very reasonable price. Overall, we were really satisfied with the stay.

We can always recommend the Best Western Felicity Hotel for its good location in Shenzhen close to the major rail and bus connections. The rooms are clean and comfortable, room service excellent. Registration failed several times now to understand the importance of a non-smoking room when a non-smoking room is booked in advance.

Clean rooms, good air-conditioning, good Western breakfast buffet

Registration is a unfriendly with Agoda booking, Business Office inefficient, smoking is allowed everywhere in the foyer

My Brief Encounter with Best Western Felicity Guest Rating: 4.5

Staying for five days at the Best Western Felicity in this month was a truly pleasant experience. Apart from the slow service at the front desk, I found my porter to be bright and very helpful. Room service was excellant and very prompt and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The girls at the sports bar were very helpful though it was difficult communicating due to a lack of English. My room was very comfortable and had a great view. I felt very safe and will definitly stay here again.

Well presented, inexpensive and good amenities.

Slow front desk service, lack of English and not friendly.

• Travel tip : The supermarket is 100 metres down the road and shopping is just a hop, skip and jump away.
