OK standard for an international branded hotel, but no one seems to speak English or very minimal English, staffs are helpful despite their communication ability, make sure to ask for and reiterate the importance of a NON-SMOKING room. You will see no-smoking signs at many places but the Chinese do not respect those signs/rules so you may find yourself in a very stinky room. Breakfast wasn't great if you like whole/fresh/organic healthy food. But this is China so don't expect too much.

Once arrive in Shenzhen city from Zhuhai and took approximately 1 hour by ferry and it cost you around RMB100-150/way. From Shenzhen ferry station i took a cab cost me around RMB 70 for 25 minutes. The hotel was very crowded with groups. The hotel is okay but you hardly get that warm hospitallity from the reception. And too bad they also do not provide cash in advance service, which i lost my cash 100RMB in Shenzhen, if only they provide cash in advance service, it will be so much helpful as we dont do that much either, cause they charge you more. But anyway, each hotel has their own reason to make their own policy bla bla bla. Well, once i got into the room, i like it, the room is big and clean, furnish well, bathroom also big. And the most important thing is, i got free wifi services. I tried the room service, the food is not really 5 star standard i think and the portion is way too small, i have to say. And also for the room service’s order taker is harldy to understand english i suppose, or maybe my english is not good enough hehe . Talking about the location of this hotel, it is very good, near the famous Lo Wu Market and Lo Wu MTR station located right accross the hotel, walking distance. And since my next destination was Hongkong, so i went there, walking distance. From this hotel, you can take a cab to some of the tourist attraction like The Splendid of China/China Cultural Village only 30 minutes with cab. If you like to shopping, you can just walk to Lo Wu market. Last but not least, we can see few couples training their ballroom dance in the hotel there is a dance room. It was pretty cool.
