Clean rooms, several restaurants, excellent service, great neighborhood.
I wished that the restaurant opened eariler for breakfast. They open at 7am (I prefer 6am).
This was my first time at this hotel. I was arriving very late so I called around 10pm just to let them know. It wasn't a problem at all. When I finally arrived around 11pm, I was glad (and surprised) to find that they have a 24hr restaurant. I had no time for dinner earlier in the day; I just wanted some fried rice - immediately. So I went to restaurant ordered my rice and waited. While I was waiting I was talking with the man who took my order. I got the impression that he just wanted to practice his English (which was OK with me). When the rice was done he insisted on escorting me and my rice to my room. We continued talking. He delivered the rice (and me), but he refused to take a tip. I know tipping is not necessary, but it's usually accepted when offered (especially by a waiter). He said it was his pleasure and he hoped that I would see him again at breakfast. I was long gone by 7am. So I was not able to have breakfast.

This hotel is good for the businessman. The rate is resonable. It is convience to get the taxi and have a night shopping. The bathroom is nice and the water pressure is strong to take a nice bath.
The lighting of the room not that bright. It need improvement. You must come down early to check out. Too long Q.
It its near to the Entertainment center, You can enjoy night life in this hotel. Next of this hotel is the luxury night club. The food in chinese restaurant is very delicious.Convience to get the taxi. The room service is very effencient. Overall it is good to stay.

great service, amenities, food
location is not ideal unless you are doing something near the area
I had a great time when i was in the hotel. Its a 5 star hotel with great rooms. the service was great. the food is great.
The only problem was that the center of the city was far, hong kong was far, and the factories i went to were out of the way. The location isnt very ideal unless you have something to do within the area. Overall, i would go there again only if i had something to do very near Capital plaza Hotel.
Shopping Tip : Its very far from the downtown shopping area where the shopping action is
