The stay was great overall. The staff were particularly helpful and spoke good english. The location made it easy to walk to many nearby attractions. We took the train/subway to Window of the World and it was easy to follow.

The king bedroom was clean and spacious, we could ask for a non smoking, the choices of dimsum at the laurel restaurant was less than we used to have but quality was there, we shall come back.

For the price it is a very good deal. I usually stay at the Best Western Hotel on the other side of the train station for about the same price but it is 5 star hotel. Have no problem with this hotel and it is closer to the Sunlight City Message center that we enjoy very much.

Good value hotel western standards No problems ......... Good friendly staff most spoke English. would stay here again.

Nice hotel....good price....location and clean. Good Chinese restaurant.......and also the buffet.

Hotel facilities such as room facilities and overall hotel facilities are well above the standard and comfortable but staff level was not professional and it should be improved. The statement of hotel bill was not given although requested. It was first time that the hotel did not supply any copy of the bill even payment was pre-settled by the credit card.

Facilities are satisfactory but staff to be better trained.

Checking in process took almost ten minutes for our group of three and it should be shortened.

Room was clean and facilities were well arranged. Close to the Shenzhen station but bit far to LooWu station thus better to have shuttle bus service. Staff of reception were not well trained and it took almost 10 minutes to check in and no statement at check out was given although requested.

Price for the value.

Variety of breakfast was poorer than other hotels. Check in process took almost ten minutes which should be too long.

• Restaurant Tip : Taste and quality of food at Laurel restaurant was fairly good.

Hotel price was satisfactory compared to other hotels of the same class though the hotel price in China is fairly high compared to the price of other things. The facilities are well arranged and stay was comfortable except poor breakfast variety and not trained reception staff. If shuttle service to the LooWu station is available, it would be very helpful to the guest.

Breakfast variety is not as rich as other hotel of same class and reception staff are not well trained as professional which is common in the hotel in China.

I like this hotel so much that I decided to stay another night. Don't miss the excellent massage place across the street. The 3 of us (women) got the best foot massage we've ever had!

The hotel is located near Luohu railway and coach station. I come from Hong Kong, so the hotel is near to the station. Using a taxi from Luohu station only cost 12.5 RMB to the hotel. In front of hotel there is a 24 hour foot reflexology place and also there is a nice restaurant Man Xin fast food, open 24 hours. Wal-Mart is also near the hotel and near King Glory Plaza where you can find Bread Talk bakery. Very convenient hotel. Tips : Luohu mall is not convenient to shop now, better go to Dong Men using a taxi from the hotel. Oh yah, the hotel provided a book about Shenzen, just grab it (don't forget to return it or you have to pay 39 RMB) where you know where to go and can show it to taxi driver where you want to go because there is a Chinese words for the location.

Strategic location, Luohu shopping mall just walking distance, near Wal-mart.

No breakfast :(

Good value for a basic clean comfortable room. Great restaurant! Best Dim sum and duck, but stay away from the western breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Close to train station
