Very friendly staff, rooms very clean, big mall close by, and the room I have was having two pan windows, very beautiful.

When I asked to check for late they told me that maximum is at 13:00. They should extend this to 17:00.

I went to this hotel based on a freind who lived in Shenzhen, though little expensive but it is a true 5-star hotel, all the things you want you will find. The people who work in the hotel are really very kind much better than those in Hong Kong.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : For those who want recreation area this hotel is surround by many, so it is nearby many attractions in the city.

Nice and pleasant decoration and comfort.

A little far from centre or downtown. Good for you if you pretend to go to the thematic park (Windows of the World) just some minutes walk from the Hotel.

I had a short stay in the hotel, the service and staff attention was adequate for 5 stars hotel. Comfortable room. Next door with a nice Bar with live band.
