Breakfast buffet was great, but a little expensive.
Room was clean. Price of room was too high. Room was smaller than when I stayed before. No bath tub. Room rate was too high for quality and size of room. Many other places to stay for less money better value
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Gold Coast spa is near by and nice place to spend several relazing hours.

Room is big, very clean and comfortable hotel, walking distance to all shopping area and eateries. Reception staffs are all helpful and polite, room is big that enough to house for my whole family of four, will definitely check in this hotel again when we go to Shenzhen again
Restaurant Tip : Walking distance to "Kuo Mou Chon Xin" top floor (#49)Chinese Restaurnat to have a very cheap "dimsum" and enjoy the view of Shenzhen.

through out the hotel were helpful and accomodating.
Free Wifi, Security Safe, Free Toilet tree's and awesome rain shower head.

Extremely helpful Travel Agent inside the hotel(Directly behind the check-in counter; ask for Edmon).
Currnecy Exchange downstairs and around the corner from the hotel
Centrally located to Shops, Restaurants, pubs and Spa's.
10 min walk to where the locals shop for bargain and cheap eats.
The standard room was small(300 Sq Ft).
Pool needs updating(Looked rusty and old)
This hotel was great from beginning to end. The check in staff spoke english and was very helpful. The location is close to pub, restarants, spa's and highend malls. Its about 8 min cab ride to the HK Border crossing. It's another 45 min train ride from the border to Downtown Kowloon(HK).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Avoid taking "SkyLimo" Service to HK Int'l Airport; very unprofessional.They will pick up passengers in 5 differnet hotels before taking ur to the border crossing; then u would have to get out of the van with ur belonging and walk through customs and take another van. Use the other limo service(its called Ever??? Something = u stay in the same van crossing teh border and dropping off to Airport).

Bars, restaurants, mrt, railway station all close by. Bars, restaurants and mrt walking distance
Excellent service, great rooms I would definately stay here again and again. The hotel's location is great. The breakfast is great. The hotel staff are great and helpful.
Caters to english tastes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If your taxi trip is short, the taxi drivers have a tendency to go around in circle or take longer route. Be attentive.

Great Location, near to the lo wu train station. Quiet, Big, Airy & Chic Hotel Lobby. Big Room with wide window. Big Comfortable Bed. Refreshing Rain-Shower. Deep Sunken Bath Tub for a relaxing soak. Efficient Concierge Service. Friendly and Courteous Staff from Front Desk to Restaurant to Housekeeping. Complimentary shuttle service to the lo wu train station in their limousine Room should be made more sound-proof. You can hear the conversation from the room as you walk along the corridor. Hence, lower your volume when you are in the room unless you want others to hear your conversation. My spouse and I had a fantastic stay in this great hotel. Great in term of location, big comfortable bed, great concierge service, courteous front desk and bell boy, and all the staff speak English. The breakfast was great in the cafe with a wide spread of chinese and western fare. This hotel is situated in a great location which is very near to the lo wu train station and with some big shopping malls within walking distance. The Dong Men shopping street is within walking distance too. No problem in finding food (from simple eateries to restaurants) around the vicinity. This is your choice hotel if you are in Shen Zhen lo wu area

The rain style shower, the bathroom amenities, the robes and the comfortable bed. No tub for a bath and the bedside light switches were not easily accessible. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this Crowne Plaza hotel in Shenzhen. The Superior room, although not overly large, was certainly adequate and I would be more than willing to return here again. I did not take advantage of any other hotel services although it seemed like the restaurants and exercise/relaxation facilities were all excellent.

Great staff - fun hotel (it's like something out of an 80's James Bond movie) The rooms are huge and gorgeous, the location is great. Slightly dated decor but it really adds to the charm. The pool is dated. We booked into the wrong hotel and turned up at this one, but they looked after us and the kids wonderfuly. The breaky was good and the staff wonderful. Also really good pizza's ??? I would stay here again, the rooms we a great size and very luxurious. We had fun.
Shopping Tip : Head to Lohu for crazy shopping, and just around the corner for real shopping. One of the hotel 'shuttle's' is an older Mercedes.....fun!

Excellent large sized room.
Quick and easy check in. Hotel should send instructions on how to find it in chinese when bookings are made. Stayed in the deluxe studio. Room was huge with large bathroom, including massive bath and large seperate shower, king size bed, 42" tv, 2 comfortable chairs with foot stools, writing desk, safe, day bed, free broadband cable plus more - one of the best value rooms ever stayed in. Location of hotel ok, not too far (12.50 RMB taxi ride) from station. Staff ok but not outstanding. Did not dine at hotel, so unable to comment on food/dining. Hotel was difficult to find due to taxi drivers not speaking a word of english and I not speaking any chinese. Suggest you have hotel email you clear instructions on how to find the hotel in chinese before you visit.

We found the Landmark to be a beautiful hotel in a good location close to the railway station, shopping centres & restaurants. The rooms were very large and the facilities were very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the restaurants were also very good. We have recommended the hotel to friends who will be visiting soon.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The railway was very close and we were able to travel to Windows on the world and also to Splendid China and also to lo Wu Shopping centre all on the one line and it was very easy.

Travel tip : Great spa and free car ride to Lo Wu Shopping Centre at all times of the day.
