Overall this hotel is a good place to stay in Shenzhen because the location is very good. It is near the train station as well as walking distance to the shopping areas. There is a spa on the 4th level of the building, so you need not look any further if you need a place to unwind and chill out. Most of the hotel staff can speak simple English so communicating with them is a breeze and the service level is also quite good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if you are planning to come to Shenzhen for a short holiday.

The deco of room is modern and the business room is very spacious, with a nice view of the lake opposite the hotel.

The bed is very hard.

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is not much to see in Shenzhen, but if you want to go to a tourist attractions, I would suggest "Window of the World".

This is a great value for money hotel for those who look for the nice small hotel with freindly staff with easy access to Lowu train station and the Commercial City Plaza. The Business Staff are espeically very nice and very helpful for general information. Room is very clean, modern with comfortable bed.

Very nice and modern room and bath room. Friendly staff Conveniently situated near the train station to Hong Kong and near underground train. Near HSBC bank/atm!

Although staff are friendly but their English is quite limited.

• Shopping Tip : Be thick skin! They usually mark up the price 100%!! So be willing to walk away and that they will make sure to give you the price that is mutually agreed on.

The Days Hotel Louhou is a nice, clean, and affordable hotel. The interior of the hotel and the rooms is clean and well furnished. The staff was professional and helpful in every way. While the location is not the best in terms of being able to walk easily to shopping and restaurants, these are easily accessible by taxi and a short distance away.

The staff was professional and helpful. The room was clean and nicely styled. The rate was quite affordable.

Housekeeping did a good job but did not replenish the ammenities effectively.

• Shopping Tip : Be careful when you ask a taxi driver to take you shopping. If you're an American they might assume you want to go to Hong Kong which is what happened to me. I was taken to a border crossing to a Hong Kong shopping district. This is not necessary as there are many nice shopping venues close by, both upscale malls which are very pricey, and flea market style venues where great bargains can be found.

I just stayed one night here. But this is a very good hotel which provides nice clean big room. It has good shower, TV, Room internet and else. It is also located very close to the hongkong border. You can come through the underground exit very close, maybe 5 min. from hotel. Of course, it is not for the backpackers. But if you come to this area for business purpose, this place is good enough unless you are looking for executive class hotel.I didn't try their restaurant, so I don't know it.Should be average. But of course, much more expensive than the local restaurants around.

Anyway, my priority room was so nice. The location was also convenient, only five minutes by walking to metro station. In addition, the room had many amenities in the wash room. Even a good price, I was really satisfied with the room quality. Although this hotel is still new, I hope it is able to keep the quality and service. Thanks.

So nice room; clean, sophisticated shower room, enough amenities, big bed and kindly handling of cleaning staffs, and my late check-in.

When check-out, the front person's handling was a little bit slow, there were many people waiting there.

Taxi ride from this hotel to Shenzhen Airport is around RMB 110 to 130.

• Nightlife Tip : There's a massage centre on the 6th floor. If you are tired can consider it, no need to go far away.

It was very difficult to find the hotel at the first time. The map was not clear where the hotel is.

Recommended Place in Luohu Guest Rating: 4.0

Walking to the Luohu Commercial District is possible if you have the time. Because it is located next to the railway station. But shopping there is not advisable because prices are overtly jacked up. Better bargains are obtained in Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
