Stay in the hotel for two nights. The location is a little far from downtown or subway station but easy by bus. There is a medium size shopping mall just oppside the hotel with starbucks , cinema , and restaurants. And also a justco hyper mall near the hotel. Value by the price. But to save the water and keep green earth life... Hot water will stop offer after 15 mins when shower. And u have to wait 15 mins to another round.
Shopping Tip:
Justco supermarket just near the hotel.

i always choose this hotel to stay for having a short rest. This hotel make me feel very comfortable. The chinese restaurant is good and nite. The room very comfortable. The bed and the pillow very soft. In the room have a safety box that make me easier to keep important personal stuff inside the box. Only the shower hot water can't last for long time. And also, I stay in this hotel for several times before n they wont asked me for deposit when checking in because everytime I at least stay for 2 nights and also paid on the last day for extend 5 hours check out in everytime - but this time the girl in the reception asking me for 200 deposit, i arguing with the girl saying I also will pay 100RMB for late check out on the last date n explaining that they don't ask for desposit everytime. Althought finally I can no need to pay the 200RMB for deposit but the girl's attitude was too rude la.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
facing the hotel opposite direction has a big shopping mall inside, have various kind of food type inside and also have a boardway cinema inside can see movie ah

the room is pretty good. neat and tidy, big and comfortable. I like the sofa in the main dinning room, and the bed is a queen size bed so big and soft, the cover also very comfortable. and the bed has its own door can close. The washroom is so big, hv individual bath area and individual toilet area. The room also hv the digital safe box so fancy. The chinese restaurant on the 2/F those waitress with a good service attitude. Always standing beside u and keep watch to refill tea for you. The only point not good is the traffic too far away not convenient. Also the hot water can't hot enough for taking shower and washing hair together. It will change to cold water automatically when using long time.

having a small shopping mall face opposite side of the hotel.

Everything was smooth when I checked in the room. However, it was found that the corridor was rather dark as some lights were off to save energy. The room was quite big and comfortable except that there was not wash basin in the toilet. The next morning when I checked out, the staff could not find my file and refused to refund the deposit. After an argument for more than 15 minutes, I was given the fund back.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a restaurant on the 3/F offering many kinds of Chinese dim-sums and cuisine. The taste is not bad so far!

It was spent long time to finish the registration. But once i get in the room, it was clean and comfortable, i don't angry anymore, actually this price i don't expect too muh. everything were accetable except the registration process.
Shopping Tip:
location not really convenient, but still couple shopping just nearby.

leider werde ich dieses hotel nicht mehr buchen, da es meine erwartungen nicht erfuellte. die lage ist an einer stark befahrenen strasse. das wifi konnte man nur auf dem flur stehend empfangen. es gab keinen kuehlschrank auf dem zimmer.
die zimmer sind ansonsten ok. es gibt fusslaeufig eine shoppingmall mit mehreren restaurants. metro ist auch nah.
fazit: es gibt in shenzhen fuer das gleiche geld bessere und besser gelegene hotels.
