Very Gorgeous Hotel especially Big Lobby and also has Chinese Outdoor Garden on 3rd Floor, looks relax and cool. Inside the room also good with Big Drinking Water Tank for guests Very bad of customer Service in terms of Language Capabilities, most of them could not speak and communicate in English at all, so very difficult for foreigners who could not speak Chinese. Nice Hotel, but quite far from Shopping Area (Tong Men Shopping Street) about 25-30mins by Walk, but about all facilities seem nice and useful for guests
Hotel Feature Tip : Should train more Professional English Capabilities to all Hotel Staffs especially Front Service for facilitating the Guests

Good price, Good Location and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit older. The room was nice but you can tell there was some wear on it. The linens (towels) could have been newer but they did the job. The Golden Lustre Hotel is two stops from Lo Wu train station (Mau Gu) station on the Metro. It is an older hotel but it does the job. The staff was able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. My room was of decent size but a bit older. The bed linens were very nice but the towels were older and one even had a hole in it. The strangest thing is there is a water cooler in the room.
Shopping Tip : There is a mall about 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel located in center of Luo Hu district.Staff is friendly and English speaking.Condition and cleanliness of rooms is good.Chinese breakfasts are OK.Near hotel many discos,clubs and night life entertainment.In 1 km walking distance famous shopping street.Overall is good 3 and half star hotel.

The rooms are big and 10 mins walk to Dongmen shopping street. A big surprise as the room has a big mineral water dispenser for use. Exterior looks old and require some renovation. Although a short one night stay, I was pleased with Golden Lustre during my stay. It is a 10 mins walk from the nearest MTR Guo Men station. The room is spacious and it fitted 3 adults. It includes a big mineral water dispenser for use and useful since its summer and super hot and humid. Can't review on food/dining as we ate street food at Dongmen there.

Near Guo Mao staion and Lo Wu staion. This location is good. there so many restaurants, clubs and massages.
Actually this hotel is close to Guo Mao station around 15mins by my foot.
The room was not new. Hotel staff can speak English.

This hotel is not far from MRT, it only 10 minutes walk, and it far from Dongmen market only 20 minutes walk. A lot of bus to Luohu station. But no more cheap foods around this hotel. I saw only 3-4 shops and they sell the same food, wanton and noodle. The cost for 1 meal about 10CNY/person.
Travel tip : the hotel opposit a night club and near LaoDiFang Hotel.

I think this Hotel is more suitable for business hotel than hotel for tourist.
Shopping Tip : Take a Metro Subway near the hotel (around 2 blocks from the hotel) and stop at Lo Wu station and shop at Lo Wu Shopping Center. You MUST BARGAIN VERY HARD on the stuffs and the money you spend probably only 20% of the price they offer. Don't buy electronics unless you can prove that it works. Don't buy trolley bags since I searched for it and they were in a poor condition (cheap enough though).

strategic location and the bed size is not too small. the non smoking rooms smells cigarette, staff unfriendly when we arrived in shenzhen, we had a hard time finding the hotel, we have print out the hotel address but the taxi drivers would not help us. Finally after hours, someone helped us and call this hotel and ask for chinese street name. So next time when you're in china, you better ask for the chinese letter, otherwise it will be very difficult. The hotel is quite reconqnizable and in front of mall.
