good location to go everywhere. the feature i'd like is the direct transport between hotel and HongKong airport. good service and comfort room.
I hope the booking would include the breakfast.
I was very enjoying to stay this real 5 star hotel. The location is so convenient to go for shopping, restaurants and enjoy nightlife. The room is very clean and comfort. Staffs' service is very good. If the booking would include the breakfast, that would be very helpful. I do enjoy the cuisine provided by the hotel. Definitely, I'll stay this hotel again if I go to Shenzhen next time.

good location to access everywhere, also quiet and nice stay. room is very clean and service is fantastic.
I have been stayed this hotel for a few times. I really enjoyed my stay because it's excellent location and good service, especially its direct connection to HongKong airport. Definitely, I'll stay this hotel when i'll be there in future. Only thing i'd like the hotel to improve is the booking including breakfast.

convenient site near MTR station
no shopping arcade or catering facilities nearby
A convenient site which locates next to MTR station. However a little bit remote to nearby shopping areas in Shenzhen. The hotel facilities are adequate with a nice swimming pool and gymnasium. Good to have non-smoking floor to provide fresh accommodation environment for non-smokers. Staff of reception counter helpful but the reception lobby is little bit cramped. A hotel recommended for business travellers.
