Very clean & nice hotel. Very good location. Walking distance to many restaurants & shopping areas.
Very closed to main road. Car traffic is noisy at nite time.
The hotel is rated 3 Stars & the price is quite reasonable with the facilities provided. Each room comes with the individual password (must get from the receptionist) for internet access via cable. Very Clean & comfortable hotel. Walking distance to many restaurants and one of the most popular shopping area in Shenzhen, Dongmen. The Metro station is also at Dongmen. Can take the Metro train to visit Window of the World & Splendid China.
Shopping Tip : You need at least 2 days for shopping at Dongmen. Very large shopping area there.

Big rooms,free internet connection
The rooms are rather big as compared to most hotel and well kept at the same time.Of course do not expect premium stuff.I think the management do have lots of room for improvement in terms of service.

The room was larger than most in Asian hotels that I've stayed in and I liked the fact that you can open the windows. Free Internet connection was a big bonus.
Fridge was not turned on and when I turned it on it didn't really get cold. If the hotel wants to attract English speaking visitors I think they need to have more staff that can communicate with them. When I stayed there only appeared to be one person who was able to help us with directions and when I asked for a local map I was asked to return it when I left. There was no literature available to help find local attractions that may be of interest to tourists - they could at least have a flyer as to where to markets are for the shoppers.
I found the hotel had quite a large living area and bathroom both of which were very clean. Staff at reception were friendly and full of smiles, that's nice but I really do feel they need at least one person who is reasonably fluent in English at the desk to help the foreigners with directions etc. or alternatively have flyers in English. It's frustrating for both parties when we can't communicate.
I found the free internet connection a big plus.
I stayed a pleasant 3 days and would recommend my friends to stay.
Shopping Tip : Within walking distance to a couple of really cheap markets.
