- Room very small.

Located at a convenient location. But, the room is very small.

Meet expectation only in japanese floor. Currently hotel is under renovation so please check before you book cause we have a unpleasant noise through out our stay from 8am to 6pm. Unbearable.

Near centre and shopping center.

This is a good hotel after renovation but it will ruin if the staff doesn't improve in their service.

Shopping Tip : This hotel is nearby to the centre of Shenzhen so many shopping center is nearby. Dining is not a problem too if you are not too choosy.

All of the staff very polite and helpful!

Not so good at understanding English.

It is a nice hotel. The location is very good, it is just opposite of Dong Men. By the way, the Train is also nearby the hotel, just need 10 mins walk from hotel. The inside of hotel is very comfortable, I had stay in a Japanese deluxe room, it is cheap and comfortable!! If I still have chance to go shen zhen, I will stay in the same hotel again. I recommend all of you must write down the Chinese name of the hotel, because nobody know the English name of the hotel...

Shopping Tip : Opposite of dong meng.
