The whole place is luxurious, top-of-the-line facility, i.e. flat screen TV, Villeroy & Boch tub, and an excellent outdoor swimming pool. I felt sorry for not staying over the weekend. And there were two good amusement parks, Window of World and Chinese Folk Village conveniently located nearby. However, I had a difficult time communicating with the workers at the restaurants and the lounge. Ordering was always a challenge. And as it was bit out of town and it took time to get into downtown.
It's a resort-like place in a business-oriented city.
A bit out of the way from the downtown area. Needs to train workers on communicating with customers.

The staff can speak English, conveniently located and the subway station is just in front of the hotel.
