First thing to make up my mind to give a thumb up to this hotel is its location - strategy and easy to access. Very convenience as few of shopping centre just besides to each others. I can dropped off my shopping stuff to hotel room before continue the second round. :> Room was clean, and overall we enjoyed our stay in hotel. Thanks.

Room clean + location is close to subway, shopping centre and restaurants

Front side of hotel is very noisy

This is our first stay in this hotel. Their customer service are very helpful and great. After we found the front side of hotel is very noisy, they immediately change the room for us. This hotel is value for money because with computer facilities which really helped us alot this time. We shall stay here for our next visit.

Restaurant Tip : Chinese seafood restaurant nearby Dongmen South (just nextby the hotel-10 minutes walking distance) with reasonable price and good food - daily offer for RMB8.00 per Steam FISH.

The hotel room is spacious enough for me and my two small kids. They even have a flat top computer with internet. The best part of it is that there is a halal restaurant just nearby the hotel. The hotel too is close to the subway station.

The hotel should put in their pamphlets about the halal restaurant which is situated behind the King Glory Plaza, i.e. near their parking lot entrance, for the benefits of Muslim people who want to visit and stay in Kai Li hotels.

Dear Agoda, Thank you for your help in booking the Kai Li Hotel for us. Our registration was done smoothly with the Hotels even though we reach the hotel almost midnight. Booking through you too is much cheaper than paying at the counter. Our stay in Shenzhen was a memorable one. For those who like shopping at Lo Hu Shopping Centre, they can take the subway which is just a walking distance from the Hotel and at Lo Hu most of the shop owners can speak English and some can even speak Malay Language. Thank you Agoda for your help.

Restaurant Tip : For Muslim people, don't worry about Halal food because you can find a small Halal Chinese restaurant near the Parking entrance of King Glory Plaza. The Hotel should promote this fact so that they can attract more Muslim people to stay there. Agoda, we are sorry that we cannot rate the Hotel Food/Dining section because we did not eat in the Hotel.
