Perfect hotel for shopping and ease of transit to everywhere else in Shenzhen. It's within walking distance to one of the most happening pedestrian street in Shenzhen. You can buy pretty much anything here from fake rolexes to copied video games. It's less than 5 minutes away from the MTR which you can take to everywhere. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. Great customer service. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful Although the front desk doesn't seem to know much about local attractions. You have better luck talking to the bellboy. The room is nice and clean and has a computer for you to use to go online. If only they offered free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, internet computer provided, coffee shop with light meals, friendly reception staff, good location for everything.
The Kaili hotel is situated in an ideal location in Shenzhen. The staff were friendly and provided me with alternate travel arrangements back to Hong Kong via limousine service. The room was very spacious and clean, specially the bathroom. An internet computer was very convenient in the room and the television had great reception. The coffee shop downstairs served great coffee and I enjoyed a light western breakfast there also. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to my friends.
Shopping Tip : The shopping in this district is excellent, specially for clothing.

Too many new pleasant surpises that will allow the sex hungry tourist go for this hotel. val ue for money, good ammenities, girls are friendly, sexy and cheap. Bed is soft and bedsheets are clean. Staff are helpful and never want any tips from you.
