The hotel has wonderful service and provide breakfast service in the room. They will check with u the night before what time u prefer to have yourban breakfast in the morning.
The location is also very good with nice food in the area. I will definitely come back to stay again.

Enjoyed my stay here. Excellent value for money, with good location. The staff were friendly helpful and nice. This hotel is equipped with necessary facilities to make your stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The free sauna facilities came with a huge lounge where hotel guests could relax as it was open 24/7. They provided fruit juice, ice creams and fruits all free of charge. The lounge came with an electronic reclining chair that was easy to use, and a mini display tv attached to the chair. Guests can choose to change channels and watch as they wanted. The location of kaili hotel was 5minutes walking to the dong men international shopping district. They also provided free wifi. This is a must stay hotel if one decides to stay in Shenzhen.

Good location close to shops, station, restaurants

This is my first stay at this hotel but I was very happy as it was centrally located to good restaurants and good shopping.
The bed is one of the softer ones that I slept on in China. In some hotels the floor seems softer than the bed, but this one was great. The in-house eating was pretty average, so we ate at outside restaurants. The room size was good and overall I was quite happy.

Only 5 mins form the Guo Mao MTR, Close to shops restaurants

hotel is very convenient for travelers since it is close to mtr station and for many restaurants and shops. reception staff were friendly and professional although i found the restaurants staff were totally the opposite. they were rude with don't care attitude. they rather chat with each other than serving guests and paying attention. rooms is ok. my room had a computer with free internet. it was a very good feature. room was clean but nothing special. i found the bed to be comfortable.
Shopping Tip:
You are close to Dong Man shopping centre in Lao Jie MTR (1 stop) and Lo Wu commercial centre in Luo Hu MRT (1 stop).

Like this hotel. Fairly good for the price; doesn't have much of a restaurant, though.
Travel tip:
Right next door on the 6th floor of the large shopping complex is a gym with every kind of exercise class you will want. Great for a long stay. Agoda has better prices than what you can get in the lobby.

Room are ok, clean but quite simple. Location is good when you planned to go to hong kong. It's easy to get a mini van fro 250 yuan or 200yuan with the othe hotel beside. The sauna is nice and not expensive. it's really difficult to find good food, a lot of restaurant even in the shopping mall but really limited quality.
Travel tip:
mini van to hong kong - 2 hours to hongkong airport for 200yuan

The hotel in great location, just about 10 minutes walking distance from Guo Mou Metro station Exit A, great restaurants surrounding the area, Walmart just beside the Jin Kwang Hua shopping mall. The staffs are friendly, while the room is clean and comfortable, I taken the higher level and faced the back area of the hotel, quiet no bad smell as I requested non-smoking room.

hotel is at a good location, with some roadside foodstalls around. 5mins walk away and you can experience the local clubbing scene in club soho. is 5-10mins cab ride away from their most popular shopping areas, dongmen and shang cheng.
