Located in the heart of the new commercial development zone, Kempinski Hotel is close to Futian and the High-Tech Park. The hotel is also just five minutes from the Shenzhen Bay bridge provinding direct access to and from Hong Kong. Enjoy international contemporary and Chinese cuisine at Seasons and Hai Tao, and then head over to The Lounge to relax. Wireless Internet access is available at all the eateries on-site. Open from early morning till late are the fitness and leisure facilities at the hotel, making it perfect for business travelers.

Walking access to local shopping area was not well defined

Overall great hotel. We really enjoyed the lobby area with good connection to restaurant and bar. The exercise room and swimming pool were excellent! Top notch facility with very responsive staff and management. Our only concern was the hotels' walking access to the nearby shopping area. We had to manueuver through several sidewalks and walking paths to get there. Instructions to those areas were not very clear. Otherwise, we had wonderful stay at the hotel!

Everything - great lobby, modern, good staff

Location was a major discouraging factor - very difficult to find the hotel

After travelling throughout Asia for the past three months or so, I have to say my stay at Kempenski in Shenzhen was the best I've had. Staff were courteous, professional; the lobby was really a piece of artwork and made me feel like royalty; the room was beautiful, with the most comfortable sheets and pillows (I believe there were like four pillows per person). A very modern hotel with a lot of style and class. Only the location is pretty bad. You must taxi-ride there, probably from Window of the World. Kempenski Shenzhen is really out in the middle of nowhere, for some reason.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very close to Window of the World.
