Location is really convenient!
More equipment in the gym would be nice.
It's my 2nd stay here. It's more of a business hotel but located near everything from corporate offices, metro, Coco Park Mall + food outlets. Rooms are fairly modern + clean. Friendly + attentive staff.
Shopping Tip : Hotel is just 2 blocks to Coco Park Mall where you'll find Starbucks, retail shops, etc.
The metro is also at the entrance of the mall which is fast, cheap + very reliable. All English names of place you want to get off.

The hotel is well located (5 min footwalk) near the Exhibition Center.
Room, service and restaurants are excellent
The hotel is located in a new build area and for going downtown you need to take taxi.
The reception and staff of the Marco Polo Shenzhen hotel is most friendly and helpfull.
Their businesscenter is very effective and helpfull and their room internet service is quick and no surcharge is requested . Their Café restaurant offers a large buffet of delicious cold & warm dishes, from starters do desserts.This is one of my favourites hotels in Shenzhen.

An easy walk to the convention center and the central business district. Nicely decorated room and lobby.
Swimming pool was closed during my stay. I guess seasonal closure though outside temp was quite warm.
Painless bus access to and from Hong Kong and the international airport. Helpful concierge and front desk. Good service staff, gym and dinning.
Room and bed were very comfy with walk-in shower and separate bath. Internet access was easy to set up, worked well and was included in room rate. Great view from the 29th floor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Painless bus access to and from Hong Kong and the international airport. The spa and cigar bar were a nice touch.
