Overall is good. But cancellation policy is poor. Pay is in advance. I book the room for my friends for two nights...but they change their schedule. They just stay for one night. I called ... and called ... just no help at all... wasted the whole night hotel charge！ Leave the hotel room empty！ Bad！

It was a great stay. The hotel is nearby to Shopping Park MTR Station & Coco Park Shopping Centre. Easy to get food near the MTR Station.

Great stay. Welcome relief from the usual Chinese hotel accommodation. Some claim to be 4 or 5 start but they are usually 3 star. This one is easily a 4.5 star and is as good as you'll get in futian. Great value for money but dont waste your time with the buffet breakfast, just had around the corner for great noodles for less than 8 dollars. 2 shopping centres are close by as are plenty of bars and restaurants.
