Far from the town, need to improve communications skills especially in English. They also need to be more understand on the diversity of races and religion of people staying there.
Shopping Tip : Get a bus / taxi to Windows and the world and take subway to nearest shopping center.

Location is convenient if you want to take the boat from or to H-K. Located at 10 min walking distance from "Sea World". Very old furnitures and bathroom equipment. As a five stars hotel, I would have expected something else; lobby is attractive, but room is oldish, with a bed as hard as a camping mat. Bathroom equipment is minimum 10 to 15 years old. However, I got good service and great help from staff. By experience, I would give not more than three stars and would pay 700 RMB for this kind of hotel. If you want to spend a quick night waiting for the boat to H-K, go for it: it is only 2 minutes walk.
Nightlife Tip : Well located if you want to spend good time in "sea world". Night life is attractive.
