Staffs are really helpful. Rooms are good and conveniently located in the heart of the city.
Still some construction just outside the hotel. Difficult to get taxis.
A pretty grand hotel, nice sttings and large rooms. The staffs are really helpful and you can rely on hem to get things done. Quite difficult to get taxis in front of the hotel as the front part of the hotel is closed. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.
Shopping Tip : Shopping is very near. Just across the street and you can really shop for days.

Different types of restaurant with different type of foods.
Under renovation, needs to walk quite far to shopping center
A little upset when I reached the hotel as infront of the hotel there were renovation works carry out. Can't even find the entrance to the main door of the hotel & the walk way is terrible, road wet with full of water. I think the hotel should look into this. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful, 2 banks beside the hotel which is china merchant bank and HSBC. Room setup is also wonderful, nice night view and good security.
Shopping Tip : Opposite the hotel, there is one big shopping area for all the babies clothing etc.

none that I can recall. There was a slight problem with my billing, but it was resolved efficiently.
This hotel is well located, looks suitably luxurious in its public areas and has a positive, upbeat ambience. The room I was given was well sized and appointed, with a pleasant view. Staff were helpful and friendly. The size of the room was excellent value for money. I would most probably return here next time I come to Shenzhen.
