Great rooms, close to shopping, know some Chinese
Super comfortable room, bed was outstanding, restaurant had huge portions of good food

Loved the hotel, didn't like Shenzhen, everyone smokes and with a 5month pregnant wife we tried to avoid smoky areas. Our room was great, clean quiet and 'non-smoking' but we could still get whiffs of smoke from somewhere but no big deal.
Front desk staff was very helpful, there was a language barrier though some of them had enough English to help us/understand my very bad Chinese. The tourist center lady had no english so be prepared to be confused haha. The restaurant staff were helpful and attentive and only laughed a little at my bad Chinese, luckily the menu has pictures :)
Good shopping nearby and we spent a lot of money at the 7-11 across the street mainly because we don't have any in New Brunswick.
Shopping Tip:
In general Shenzhen was okay, the hotel was the best part of it. When you are out and about in Shenzhen watch out for the crazy scooter drivers and people driving on sidewalks. Also when your light turns green to go be aware that cars, buses, scooters may still come barreling through, traffic rules are optional hahaha

Great location but small rooms

Hotel is located near to Luohu Railway station and "Guomao" subway station is just walking distance to the hotel. Rooms are quite lovely but small though and does not comes with wifi in the rooms.

I am for business and the location of the hotel is very nice, close to Lohou train station and a lot of malls,restaurants.
The bathroom is small and no features, no night dress like most of the good hotels.

this is my 2nd time to stay at this hotel and probably the last. both times they tried to put me in a small room even though i booked a large room. they did change my room finally but after considerable discussion. the room they tried to put me was so small, there wasn't enough room for my suitcase.
a big problem also is there isn't anyone employed that can speak english, very big problem for me as i don't speak chinese.
Travel tip:
Make sure you have the hotel's name printed in Chinese as the majority of taxi drivers do not know where the hotel is located.

not bad and good location hotel
good location and near to the guo mou mtr stattion

Just 5 mins distance from the mtr station, a covenience place.
It is clean. Just a issue occured that, the cashier told me that the room type is delux single room when i was check out and would like to charge me back the difference. However, it is exempted finally.
