Foo C. Couples Malaysia, April 21, 2013	A bit far away from the city side The room is quite big and got free wifi services, good for hoilday! 5 For me it only can reach as 4 star hotel. Hotel design is ok but the quality of building material is poor. Why I said that because am staying at executive floor but i found that the ceiling inside the bathroom is almost falling. And some more the front desk service attitude is bad.

Business travelers Thailand, April 15, 2013	large and clean room but bad support of the front convenience, cleaness, large room 8.3 we could not find the right exit (east/west)for going to the hotel,then we called it and 3 staffs could not speak english except telling us to 'walk' as stated in website. we finally asked officers at the information who were very helpful but still could not find the walk way. we called hotel again by asking chinese talk with them, the hotel then told us to take taxi with 10 min. we walked to call taxi in queque but none of them want to go to this hotel as it is too close. Therefore, we had to get back to the information and asked them to see google map. We spent much time for finding the walking way in night time. Almost two hours for going to stay in this hotel. Just wonder why no staffs for 5 stars hotel can speak english or support us. we were so tired when checking in but at least we met Mr. Xie who help upgrade our room to executive floor. We could easier sleep.
