i had a wonderful stay in this hotel. their customer service is marvelleous. i would like to compliment a staff by the name of 'elise'. very initiative and helpful worker, not forgetting her sweet smile. it is quite a distance from the shenzhen railway though. nothing with walking distance around the area. at least a 10min ride to their shopping crowd.

Classy Hotel with nice comfortable room. Great customer service. A worth staying hotel for its value.

even though the location of the hotel is not so attractive but the staff were very nice and cooperative in addition the room was clean and there was a small kitchen for the people who prefer to cock.

Room is spacious since it's a suite, though the price is like for a normal room in other hotels. There's s kitchen where you can cook too, and a living room with a tv and couch. Tv is old. There's s working desk good enough for some work.

it takes 1 hour from shenzen airport to royal suite and towers hotel by taxi. also it takes 10 minutes from hotel to lohu station, gateway to hongkong by taxi. big room for stay and nice breakfast buffet.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay here. There was a mixup with our booking and we weren't actually booked into this hotel but they did everything they could to help us and get a very competitive room rate. One of the staff Esther was really helpful and nice with us and answered all our questions. We also got a our room upgraded to the ladies room which was impeccable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here.

the hotel is located in the suburbs, so travelling anywhere will require taxi or train. even though the train station is 2 mins walk, you need to interchange at grand theatre.
the hotel is not far from the main train station (luahao). it costs 4 yuan (rmb) per person by train, and ~20 yuan by taxi (need to accept that you're not a local). though i found taxi drivers cannot speak english that well at all - it is much better to travel by train, as they have english everywhere at the stations and machines.
the hotel is 3 stops away from dongmen, a very lively shopping district with lots of delicious food. a must if you are visiting shenzhen.
the hotel is also very close to queen spa - a very relaxing (but too commercial) sauna & spa treatment centre. the hotel lobby can organize a free pick-up and drop off service.
hotel itself is very clean - though when i got into my room, it wasn't even made yet. i waited for 30 mins before i could go back in, and even then i found my bed sheets not as clean as it should be - something you would expect at a proclaimed 5 star hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Dongmen is a must, go to Queen Spa after a long day of walking to relax your muscles.

This hotel is conveniently located near to a subway station. Its rooms are very spacious amd big. It is well equipped with all utensils that you can name it. The most attractive feature is the 24 hours count i.e. if you check-in at 3 pm and you will check-out at 3 pm the next day. I really like that. There is a big mart within walking distance.
