- we booked the wrong date and they accomodated us anyway
- very clean
- beds were soft compared to China standards
- close to Window of Wonders and other malls
- website says staff speak good English, they speak passable English, but I wouldn't say good
The hotel was overall very nice and a good value for the money. The dinner buffet at the Chinese/Western restaurant did not have a wide selection of Western food and was rather expensive for what they offered. The rooms were very nice and clean. They has TV with HBO and the service is fast. We tried to have Pizza Hut ordered to the room which posed a problem because we had to call the front desk and ask for the number. We were transferred to at least 8 different staffs members before someone could speak enough English to understand that we wanted a phone number. But the staff remained pleasant and helpful throughout and eventually they even had to order for us. So, great customer service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, there is a subway station right outside the hotel.
Nightlife Tip : The Galleon at the Intercontinental across the street is a giant ship and lots of fun. It has a live band that plays each night and it tons of fun!

The room we stayed in was of comfortable size & clean. The bathroom was of Asian standard. Free broadband internet connection with good speed.
