when traveling to shenzhen i always stay at the se view o'city hotel in the overseas chinese town (oct) area. the hotel is located in a very nice area of shenzhen close to some main atractions in shenzhen like the windows of the world , splendid china and happy valley.
the shenzhen mtr is just in front of the hotel.
hoetel has a bar at the first floor and two restaurants on the second floor , one were western food is served and one chinese restaurant that has been opened recently. rooms are ok with everything one needs when traveling, good beds , nice bathroom, free internet etc.

this is our first saty at the seaview o city hotel. the hotel is in a very good condition and located close by many attractions of shenzhen. rooms are clean and service is very good. the hotel has a nice restaurent on the first floor. the hotel is surrounded by a very nice trees and walking streets, very close to atractions like splendid china , windows of the world an happy valley. the subline is just infront of the hotel. we will saty here again next time if we ever came back to shenzhen.

Right at outside of subway station that it's convenient to everywhere in Shenzhen.
A lot of trees in OCT, the air is fresh and no traffic noise.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The best transportation carrier in Shenzhen should be subway, this hotel locates right at outside of OCT subway station, it's very convenient to go to everywhere in Shenzhen.

Good hotel and good service

The hotel is in a reasonable location. There are not a huge amount of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Walmart is behind the hotel for any needed items or shopping and there are a few restaurants in that area, but that's it....not much more.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It's clean and the service is very good. There is a couple of massage places nearby if you may be interested.

this is one of the better hotel for our two months stay in china. for thier price level, however, bf should have been inc,d, we paid for ours from the manue, it is quite reason,the over service is good. location is bit far away from the airport but subway station is just right in front of the front door.

surrounding of the heotel are very nice , very close to atractions like splendid china , windows of the world an happy valley. mtr is just outside the front of the hotel.
will saty here again next time i will be in shenzhen.

Have been many times at the Sea view O city hotel now and i enjoy every saty there. Rooms are ok and clean.
Good restaurant on the first floor and a very nice bar on the ground floor . good place to drink a beer after hard day of work.
Suroundings of the hotel are very good , probably one of the most beautifull in Shenzhen. Close to Windows of the world, Splendid China and Happy valley.
Only thing missing in this hotel is swimming pool.

the hotel is a great solution for business trip, very clean and comfortable at low prices. wifi connection is acceptable but a bit shaky. breakfast is not included, but the absence of touristic coffee places in the area suggests to have breakfast at the hotel for about 6 euro per day. overall satisfied with position and prices.

Good location, peaceful area but old rooms
Very near to the hua qiao cheng mtr station,, Splendid China and Folk of Culture

I booked two deluxe rooms. One of the bathrooms had some water leaked from the basin. Good food in the hotel restaurant but quite expensive.
Restaurant Tip:
Remember to take your hotel neighborhood map from the desk drawer for easy finding other food location or you may the mtr to the windows of the world station for valued food.
