The Shangri-la Hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the railway station and bus stop, making it convenient for guests to explore the city. Lowu Commercial Shopping district is also in the same vicinity. Enjoy Western and Asian cuisine when you dine at the on-site restaurants including Shang Palace, Coffee Garden and 360˚ Bar, Restaurant & Lounge. Location is excellent within walking distance from rail station. High quality, excellent staff, polite, fantastic room. Second to NONE

What else would you expect from the Shangri-La Hotel Chain. This hotel has the most polite staff that I have come across for a long time. The room was fantastic. Cannot fault this hotel in anyway

Shopping Tip : Hotel convenienty located next to the Shopping Mall for excellent low price shopping

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great.

On site restaurants - Champs and Shang Palace - both overpriced and food mediocre

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shangri La, Shenzhen. We will definitely return. On checking in we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to the Horizon Club floor, as they had a package on offer. It was an extra 300CNY per night, believe me it was well worth it. The room was great. Breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour drinks and snacks were included and they were all brilliant.

Shopping Tip : You definitely need to be ready to bargain.

Location, 360º bar, comfort and staff friendliness

It's located next to the Lou commercial center that is the best for shopping in the city. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The 360º bar at the top has a great view and make great cocktails.

Shopping Tip : You must visit the Lou shopping center. You have to bargain a lot. The right price is aprox. 1/3 of the first price given.
