Have been to Shenzhen before but this time enjoyed our trip much more. The Shangrila Hotel was an excellent choice to stay, very central location. The room was very comfortable, only complaint was that the green tea was not replaced whilst we were there. The restaurants were excellent, we ate at all of them, I would say the food was the best we have eaten in Shenzhen. Had a drink in the lobby lounge and enjoyed the music very much. The highlight of our stay was the friendliness and helpfullness of all your staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our next trip will certainly be staying at Shangrila. Many thanks

Nice business hotel with shopping areas nearby

This is the 2nd time I'm staying in this hotel. The experience of this time is better than the last as I think they are doing some minor upgrading of furnishings to the hotel and my room this time is much better this time round. Looks newer. Bed is extremely huge and comfortable. Overall, I like this hotel and would have been better if they could provide free Wifi connection in the rooms itself rather than only in the lobby. Only wired connection is available in rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
The "Shang Palace Restaurant" in the hotel serves great dim sum and Chinese food.
