Families with older children Hong Kong, April 01, 2013	silent around the hotel convienent 5.3 the place is ok. however, it was very disappointed that the staff was very bad. we could not contact anyone to provide us extra pillow and the staff's response was that they were at a party. it is totally unacceptable to have no one to station at reception for service. besides, the attitude of the staff was very bad. i will not visit this hotel again.
