Great location, close to shopping area

The hotel is located close to shopping area. The hotel's rooms are reasonable priced. Beside that, it can be accessed by MTR station in Lo Hu. There are a lot of food outlets close to the hotel. Here, you can get to taste many types of foods from different parts of China.

great location but allocated a small superior room

i felt short changed as i was given a superior room (smaller)instead of a deluxe room (bigger). i had made 2 times complaint through emails to agoda and made two long distance phone calls from my mobile to agoda in uk and both times the hotel management insisted that the superior room was deluxe room and agoda could not do anything about that.
when i book the room, i saw in the agoda websites the following
rooms and attached pictures:1. superior queen with 1 b'fast, 2. deluxe queen with 1 b'fast, 3.business queen with 1 b'fast. the picture shown very clearly the 3 different rooms and i select and paid for deluxe queen.
i was totally surprised when the hotel management insisted that room number was a deluxe queen when actually it was a superior queen as per the picture shown.

Excellent Location for Shopping @ Lao Jie

Many hotels say their location is within "X minutes walk", but this hotel is really truly very near to shopping and dining outlets in Lao Jie. It is also immediately across the road from MTR Exit. Those wishing to travel to Luohu/Lowu onwards to Hong Kong also do not need to change trains. The terminal station is just two stops away.
Shopping Tip:
LaoJie area offers lower prices and wider choices than Luohu/Lowu area. It is a very big area, so you will probably need at least 2 days or longer to cover the entire area.

Good Loacation and Hotel Service
It is really good location which just next to the Lao Jie MRT station with working distance 2-3 mins. Nearby with lots of shooping area and very happening. Good hotel services and friendly hotel staff.Breakfast just a standard buffet style, perhaps can add in more choices and this will be perfect. Definitely will stay here for the next visit.

Shopping Tip:
The shops nearby mostly are open till 11 a.m. -11 p.m. Thus, you can have a some interesting place visit in the morning and have shopping times at night.

the hotel was okay when we stayed here. lobby and exterior was nice. the rooms though were abit rough around the edges, there was rust here and there around the edges of the bathroom, bits of wood chipped off the furniture, the tables had quite alot of pen marks on it and the window was pointless, basically just the wall of the building right next to us. the staff didn't understand/speak much english so another downside.
on the plus side the location was great, just a two min walk to the main shopping area. also in a side note if you need to travel to hong kong ask the bell boys, they are connected with a taxi/van service which can take you to hong kong without the hassel of having to take a train or bus. cost 800rmb per van and can fit up to 7? people.

The hotel is just a step away from the shenzhen metro.
Shopping and food stall are just right outside the hotel
In general the hotel staffs are courteous and helpful. I was upgrade to a bigger room from the very 1st day without any request. I also found that the hotel is own by a Malaysian's hotel chain. They serve nasi lemak during breakfast which is a rarity in China. Overall the the hotel meets the standard of most tourist class hotel and I'm very statisfied with my stayed there. I'll surely recomend anyone who want to stay there

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The hotel is in the heart of the shopping district, where the subway entrance is within 1 min walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment complex right next to the hotel. Don't have to go too far to find things to do and see. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, felt really welcomed. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Shenzhen.
