This hotel is affordable. The service is great as the hotel staff carried your luggage to your room. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is near to a lot of food and hawker stall.
The room has a small TV unlike other hotel which offers LCD TV.
However, the breakfast offered is quite basic.

A nice hotel to stay with good service. The hotel's employees were so kind and very helpful to us. The food was so delicous and have a lot of choices.

Nice hotel with great location!

Overall a great stay. Close and 5 min walk to Lao Jie mrt station. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Good and comfy rooms and clean/neat.
However, the breakfast provided by the hotel wasn't as great. You can have better breakfast downstair with ample of food stalls located within walking distance.

a money worth hotel in shenzhen, near to the shopping malls and subway.
however, improvement needed on the daily breakfast. average food serving and below average service.
generally is still a good place to stay especially saving time & money in transportation.

Walk opposite you will come to shopping area with many big shopping malls surrounded.

Great Location, smelly rooms

I was in a business trip to Shenzhen, and selected Sunon Holiday Villa hotel as it is very close to the metro station, which make you close to everything and can move easily and freely.
The hotel rooms were ok, but a little bit smelly.
The breakfast was not the best, but it was ok, overall it is a good hotel for traveler on budget and who don't want to get into troubles with transportation.

A well presented hotel, very close to the Metro (come out at Exit E, turn right and walk for 50 metres. Around the corner from Dongmen Pedestrian Street. Not so good for taxis at peak times. Good shopping. The hotel supplies a nice, varied breakfast.

this is really a great location for dining, shopping, hair styling, massage...
in front of the hotel, is a shopping square. a lot of thing you can buy there but not as cheap as in guangzhou. somemore, have to bargain the price as well.
what i strongly recommend is the dining street in the square call ‘东门美食街’。‘臭豆腐’is the dish u must try. aside of the '臭豆腐’is‘阿拉伯烧烤’. i'm sure you will enjoy of it because the hawker will grill the 'satey' with dance. the 'satey' size is x10 bigger than malaysia 'satey'.
if you have time, please do a hair gowning too. there have 2 very popular hair cutting shop in the square. with their spontaneous skill, hair wash + cut + blow is only cny30.
Shopping Tip:
Stay in this hotel u may save money for taxi, buses/ metro fare.
