Great location for shopping
Staff friendly and there's massage service

Overall my stay was good except aircon having some problems. Should be time to do servicing. Very good location for shopping and getting wholesale price however need to bargain. Must get use to their culture as they talk aloud staff friendly and helpful which I have no problem communicating in English.
Shopping Tip:
Bargain at least 4 times the price they give. If not 3 times and walk off.

Great locations. Less than a minute to subway station, resturants, banks and so on. Free computer to use at lobby. Breakfast was fine; actually they gave us two breakfasts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel massage is cheapter than other shops. The massage was good.

Best location as it is just beside Shenzhen Lao Jie with lots of shopping outlets.

Overall is fine with good service by the front desk staff. Location is good as is near metro station & shopping malls & outlets. Only thing is the room is small & floor is sticky.

Overall I like d location, just walk few second once after come out from exit E LioJie station. Breakfast just ok. Staff overall is great & very helpfull. Room size a bit smaller.

we stayed here for 2 nights. the hotel quite old in design. our room window are facing the next building which i can see the old and dirty building just next door, no nice view at all. in term of location, this is the 100% convenience place. mrt just in front the hotel, 2 mins walking distance, the famous shopping street also just in front the hotel. further, the hotel also providing breakfast, i appreicate the breakfast because i personally feel that not many nice food in shenzhen.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted warmly and they upgraded my room. Great service with a smile - from the top, right down to the cleaner.
I stayed for 5 days. Then I had to be in Hong Kong for 1 night. I liked Sunon so much that I returned for an extra 2 nights.

It is just next to the biggest shopping area in Shenzhen, the hotel can keep very clean and tidy. the Metro actually closed at mid night, so need to go to few blocks away to get taxi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
shopping is so good, walk around you will get good cheap bargain
