Always a great choice

It seems like everybody is charging for Wifi these days but Sunshine hooks every guest up. This is great if you have multiple devices that you want to get online. Location near the metro makes getting around SZ really easy.

Sunshine hotel is now my go-to hotel in Shenzhen since nice hotels in Futian have become so expensive. If you're expecting the Ritz-Carlton or JW you will probably be disappointed with Sunshine but it is a solid western 4-star hotel in a great location.
The staff is 5-star all the way and everybody I've dealt with speaks English fluently. You won't be disappointed at the Sunshine hotel.

I've stayed here a few times before and have always really enjoyed it. I wanted to go bowling with my friends and the concierge wrote down the name of a bowling alley nearby and the taxi went right there, no problems. That was awesome.
I always love the free wifi and location which is central to Guamao train station, luohu commercial city and much, much more.

Rated as a 5 star hotel but in my opinion i would not even give it 4 star.
Rooms are over priced for what you get. There are plenty of other hotels better and cheaper.
Stayed on the six floor but can still hear noise from outside the hotel till late 3am+.
Walls seemed to be very thin and you can hearing people talking on the corridor and other rooms closing their doors clearly.
There was a nail protruding from the carpet floor just outside the bathroom. Sent me screaming in pain and i was lucky it did not poke through into my flesh.
Alerted the duty manager during my check out and at least he was very proactive in looking into the matter

Did not like the fragrance they put everywhere. Way too strong smelling and smelled like toilet spray. Other than that, a great hotel very close to queen spa. Room service was not very good.

Good location in central Luohu area. You can easily find lots of entertainment near the hotel. Bars, karaoke, saunas, foods are just within walking distance. Room is not small but it's bit old. To my surprise it's a 5-star hotel and I would expect better decoration and more facilities. Overall it's not expensive so it's still a good stay.

I really used to enjoy the service, quality and food in this hotel. The beds are still as comfortable as ever. The rooms are still clean. But check-in service has deteriorted...they could barely communicate with me in English this time. The food is still ridiculously overpriced and absolutely horrible. USD $10 for a can of soda? Over $50 USD for a small fatty steak...I could go on.

The hotel is located at the city centre .
the hotel is near the Kingly metrol station. the room is big.

The only negative point is that booking throught internet, the hotel would not issue reciept for my claim from the company.But for the amount paid is worth it because of it's location - city centre, near the shopping belt and the metrol station.
