It's a nice hotel with excellent location, nice food and amenities just round the corner. Nightmare in the morning if you are checking out, the hotel employees doesn't have their own passage way and they will use the same lift as guest, they rush and squeeze into the lift irregardless of the guest presence. When you reach your level, they do not budge and you have to bash through the sea of bodies to get out of the lift.

. Only higher level managers understand English properly The hotel was a pleasant experience after the horrid stay at HongKong. The revolving restaurant is a must-go location, it offers a full 360 degree view of Shenzhen as well as the HongKong border. The hotel is situated right at the middle of all the major shopping centres in the city, and has easy access to all major tourist locations. The staff are really friendly, they have a good club.
Travel tip : . Check out the Window of the world
. Watch out for hawkers tight outside the Hotel at late-night

It is located in the shopping district of Shenzhen, next to Dongmen, KingGlory and other
shopping areas. It is only a few blocks away from
the Shenzhen metro underground. Restaurants in
the hotel are good but expensive even with the 10%
discount for hotel guests. Rooms are not as big or elegant as expected for a
five star hotel. Hotel personel are polite and friendly. We were upgraded to higher floors when a non-smoking room was not available for us. The hotel is conveniently located in an area full of shopping areas, restaurants, movie theaters and other types
of entertainment. We had a great time vacationing in the area. But watch out for pick-pockets in Dongmen.

room is big and cleaniness , staff is helpful,location is very convenient for shopping and eating by just walking distance The only i dislike is TV no movies for us to choose ..pay as demand, food is not much choice Everytime i came to Shenzhen ,i will prefer to stay at this hotel as the location is convenient for me either shopping or eating as just by walking distance . The room is big and clean .The staffs also helpful and friendly . The disadvantage is food service is not much choice , if they can provide more foood for room service ,then it will be more perfect.
In general, I will recommend to my friends if they come to Shenzhen .

Nice Bathrooms Not quite as upscale as I thought it would be
A little old - hotel is a little dated, not what you'd want for a romantic weekend. I guess this falls under the "get what you pay for category". I paid extra for a high floor but no view, just looking at another building across the street.
Staff was VERY courteous. Top floor rotating restaurant was very good but a little expensive (500RMB for two people buffet).
The hotel is a little dated, a little old - and I didn't really think I was that picky. But next time I think I'll pony up and stay at the Shangri La. Hotel is fine for business traveler, not a top pick for romantic weekend. Overall satisfied.
Travel tip : Spas a couple blocks away are one fourth the price of hotel spas.
Starbucks just two blocks away.
Nice shopping area a few blocks from hotel.
Good clubs near hotel.

location,facilities,staff(front staff with perfect English.
parking place at the entrance: have to wait taxi such long time because of jam of other cars.Better skip and get taxi outside. This hotel, location,facilities,staff,perfect.
Prices are little bit higher than others in the same locations, but it worth.
I stayed 3 nights in this month. Will be my choice next month.
Restaurant Tip : Just across the road, behind SEIBU department store, many of local food stands. Cheap and interesting!

Excellent location in the heart of Shenzhen's Lo Wo shopping district. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
Friendly service and big spacious rooms. Beds were rock hard and restaurants were a bit on the pricey side.
Pool was closed during April which is a shame as the weather is warm enough to swim then.
Asked for adjoining rooms but when arrived at hotel they were not able to provide. As a frequent traveler to China I would rate the Paglin as a good value for money 5 star hotel. The restaurant on the high floor have excellent views over Shenzhen. The staff are very friendly and attentive but the hotel does not have the same polish as the more expensive 5 star hotels.

Room is a little bit small and facility is not as good as i expect from a 5 star hotel. If you want to go to a shopping mall, 2 blocks away there is one named jinguanghua shopping mall, in which you can find good food and many interesting things. don't go to dongmen, which now is too crowded with shops selling contraband commodities.

and port of both entry sre closeby. Room price are OK. Free internet connection on lan and wireless.Free money exchange in hotel with no-fee but max to US$300 per day.Hotel restaurant food OK.nothing special.Overall another enjoyable stay.
Restaurant Tip : there are alot of great restaurants outside around the hotel with super food and great prices.

I was in a relatively convenient location. Close to the shopping center and close to the subway station. And I think at reasonable prices. I stay in the family. Total of two small children and people who I was, without stress Sumimashita relatively spacious rooms. The hotel also vociferous local residents who would like less. Could slow. For one reason, because shopping is a convenient location有Rimashita did not even boring. Why not stay the weekend to recommend.
