Great design. Very modern looking. Convenient location. Slow check in. Staffs not knowledgeble about general shenzhen areas when we asked them. Room is badly unmaintained. The toilet door can't be closed. THe carpet is dirty. I had 2 rooms, the other room's aircon can't seem to be working properly. This is an amazing looking hotel. The rooms are very different and can be sensual as well. Good for couples looking to spice up their intimacies. However, we also experience a very slow check in. We wanted to know where to shop and the staffs don’t seem to know a lot about Shenzhen themselves, we had to go ask the taxi drivers. I do hope they supply the Shenzhen tourist guide in the lobby. Also, the room is badly unmaintained. You can see dirty carpets, chips of the furnitures and in my case, the toilet door can’t be closed, so imagine full blast of aircon and you just finished your shower – cold! I had 2 rooms, the other room faces the main road, very hot in the afternoon because of direct sunlight. Worst still, the aircon is not working properly, it’s super hot even at night, we asked the staffs to come fix it but can’t do it. For the price we are paying, it’s worthwhile to see the design of the rooms but definitely not good experience when the basics are not taken care of.

online ordering is really very soft. A very comfortable place, the atmosphere is more couples to go. From Huanggang fight is just over 30 in the past, coupled with far away is the subway station. Transportation can also be. The only thing is OK location is not convenient for the evening stroll or look for something to eat.

which is the location near the MTR and easy to locate.
only this point, inside and outside total different. with smoke smell inside the room, air cod direct to bed front, the carpet is so dirty , a lot of dust around, the tv programe always can't select. is better to change all the carpet, room service need to paid attention to clean up details, not just only sell fashion and trend or theme room only, quality is most important.
