Was there when the climate was -2 degrees and really the hotel was good to stay and the breakfast was also fine. Good house keeping and Beds were clean and good. Hotel Rooms were nice and the bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Smooth check in and warm room awaiting our arrival at late night. The room service evening to turn down the bed is well done with warm drink and friendly reminder of the weather for the duration of stay. Well done.
Area of improvement, the ventilation system or air conditional system is not functioning as per our desire as the room get very warmer in the night, even open the window cant reduce the temperature to meet our expectation.
Overrall satisfy with the room and service render. Thanks

This hotel was a surprise, I picked it on location but from the moment you step in you are being looked after very well.
By the time I got to my room the kettle was boiling & the fresh fruit war laid out, bed turned & a welcome hot drink.
It would have been a fantastic stay if they did not have Google blocked stopping me from getting or sending emails.

my stay was very comfortable except to the fact that i had booked for a business room and was given a standard room.
but was eventually shifted to a business room as soon as i got the facts cleared.
will definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is strategically located in one of the busiest area in Shijiazhuang. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Rooms are nicely sized and comfortable. I will go there again in the future.
