What can I say other than as usual I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Shijiazhuang. There is never any problems to big for the staff to fix if there is any problems. All in all another pleasant stay and I will be going back to the Victoria International hotel every time I go to Shijiazhuang.

As usual our stay was an excellent experience, I have no complaints with any part of the hotel. The rooms are a good size for two people. We will be still using the Victoria International even though the train station is further away now, just a short taxi ride and the cheapest taxi's in China are in Shijiazhuang. Very enjoyable.

As usual I had a very comfortable stay and the room was up to it's high standard. When ever there is a problem it is fixed very quickly. I would recommend staying here to anybody who wants a great value for money hotel. We ate in the restaurant on the 4th floor and the food was excellent and and very well priced.

1. Room is quite Ok except the noisy central air condtioner. No way to shut down and heard water flow sound inside it.
2 Breakfast looks like 4 star setup but details are far behind management. Very local flavored, not international.
3. Elevator is very slow.
4. The bed is quite comfortable.
5. Staff service is not quite consistent. The check-in boy was very curious to dig out how much I paid through Agoda, wihch I think not polite enough; The check-out girl was very lovely and keen to find out our feedbacks.

Great hotel

As usual my stay at the Victoria was a pleasant experience due to the very friendly staff. There is always a warm welcome by every body from the front desk to the cleaning ladies. This is my 5th or 6th stay at the hotel and each time I have stayed it is always the same, a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

As usual our stay was very enjoyable and the room was clean and comfortable. All the staff were pleasant and friendly as they always are. We stay at the hotel every couple of weeks and are always completely happy with everything at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good and I always leave satisfied. The room rates are also excellent value.

Good location, near to shopping area; railway station; easy access to all government department.
Lovely bed with great breakfast served by the hotel and friendly staff but poor English speaking.
During my stay, only things that disappointment was no air conditioning in the room and reason given was during autumn only room temperature air provided and finally an electrical fan provided.

As usual I had a very pleasant stay at The Victoria International hotel. The staff as usual were very friendly and helpful. Starting from when I checked in to the ladies at breakfast buffet and the cleaning ladies . The lady who brings the complimentary fruit each night was very pleasant also. I have finally found a fault in the hotel after staying for the third time, the western part of the breakfast buffet needs to be hot as there is nothing worse than cold bacon, eggs and fried tomato. On both mornings of my stay it was the same, just something small to look at but other than that a very enjoyable stay as usual. On checking out the young guy who helped me was very good in arranging a taxi to take me to the other train station as I don't speak Chinese. I will be staying at the hotel every time I go to Shijiazhuang.
