This hotel is different from the others due to her natural water design behind the hotel and the location is away from the main town whereby it's quiet environment. I like it and will plan to stay again on my next visit.
Well because the hotel is away from town and not many local food store or restaurant around the corner so we would advise the hotel to include food package like breakfast , lunch and dinner in booking so the visitor will not be disappointed for those who are not familiar with the place.
I have not much comment, as I like this place with very friendly receptionist and friendly environment. I felt relax in this hotel if it is for my holiday but actually I was on a business trip. Anyway, I think it is good to include all the meal if anyone want to have holiday stay and spend sometime around the hotel environment. The hotel looks natural with water and walk way around.

Excellent location, beautiful design in the style of the gardens of Suzhou, good service, excellent breakfast.
During our stay it rained one day. The room was very damp, so that clothes were not dry and humid, the Air Conditioning did not work properly
The hotel is a beautiful place near the famous gardens. The service was excellent and the staff very helpful and helpful. The complex has a beautiful appearance and architecture, and fits exactly in the garden culture of Suzhou and characterized as a very attractive holiday destination is. The ground floor of the restaurant is sometimes an oasis of calm and beautiful places for some time to enjoy the beautiful garden and pond. The price was excellent and we received excellent value for money. There was a downside for us: it rained for a day and it was our room pretty humid. Clothes were wet and could not be dried. Apparently the air conditioning did not. But because there are so many positive front was, this was soon forgotten minpuntje.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Garden of the Master of the Nets is within walking distance (about 15 minutes walk)
