I stayed in a standard room in October 2008 where PC was available in the room. A travel city map was available at the front desk that showed a catchy information if you plan to use public transportation in Suzhou. Groups of tour visitors stayed in the hotel regularly.
You may feel noisy if you stay over in the next door of the groups. Suzhou is a beautiful city where some world heritages are available to see easily, and worth to visit. Slow & relaxed city.
