Great Hotel - Doesn't Recognize Agoda Reservation
great service, good tv channels

The hotel itself was very good; however, they could not confirm my reservation through Agoda, so after over an hour of waiting/arguing, I left a deposit for the hotel's stated room rate which was planned to be cancelled once they could get in contact with Agoda. A week later and the matter has still not been resolved.
I would stay there again, but I wouldn't book through agoda.
