staff need to be more friendly It's a nice hotel, i like the room, nice decoration.
Breakfast have variety of foods, not bad.
Hotel near to most of the famous places like cultural street, foods street, etc. From hotel to these places is about RMB8-10 and it's easily to get the taxi in front of the hotel.
overall, is a nice hotel. Can be my choice again.
Shopping Tip : cultural street and "jin jie" (金街) nice place to shop.

Bad service, dirty and old hotel This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in China. Worst part is the service. The staff did not greet us and no smile on the face. Even when we paid for the bill, they return my change makes me felt like I was asking money from them. The room was not clean. I will never come back to this hotel again.

Location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Mild lack of cleanliness, and no English speaking staff. I really enjoyed my stay at Shuanglu hotel, but this really depended on my ability to speak Chinese. Other than this, if you speak good Chinese, then this is worth a stay for the price. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and so were the restaurant staff. Worth a stay, though the rooms lacked a bit in cleanliness.
