Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Hotel needs quickly renovation. They are renovating but takes time. Small rooms.
The hotel is located very difficult. My chinese supplier could almost not find it even with GPS.
The most negative point about the hotel is the location. The reception is not on a main street but in a small street towards the parking, and everything is very narrow in front of the entry for cars.
The entry is old as well as the rooms. Renovation highly needed (they are doing it). Breakfast is OK and enough. Most of the customers were chinese as expect foreigners to go to other hotel. It can hardly be 4 star at the moment!!

Price is good with big comfortable beds. They have a very nice comp breakfast and all the staff is very friendly and most spoke English.
While it is located in the center of the city there is not much to do in the area which is with in walking distance. The bathrooms are small and needed greatly to be updated.
All in all it was a pleasant stay. The internet was free and worked very well which is good for business people. Check in and out is very smooth and offer nice oversize chairs to sit during the process. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Xiamen but they do need to improve the bathrooms.
Restaurant Tip : They have a Mexican restaurant that I found surprising but a great touch coming from the States and liking Mexican food.
