Used to have international buffet, now Chinese with few concessions.. used to have 8 English Channels.. 3 are gone.. even AXN was axed with the brochure still in the room. Pool is still hot air , with mosquitoes, and cold water.
Have signature scent spraying down on entire reception area.
Still do not allow rooms to choose temperature.. half my visit, at least, was fan only (granted much better than excessive heat)

Manager decided room should stay too hoy .. 26 degrees and airless.. gave me ice for a fsan and cslled itair conditioning.
Pool is awful.
Breakfast at the club is awful..

We arrived in the night and we tried to get some food but there where only 4-5 things to get. The stuff also at the reception did not speak good English.
Breakfast was very crowded and noisy and the food was so-so.
The room was clean but after a night the cleaning stuff did not clean properly.
Summarized => the hotel was nice but too expensive.
