Overall, it was great and I would definitely stay again. If you want to stay within the old city walls (recommended) it really is the best and only choice. The only negative, which is a stupid point from the hotel's perspective, is that they only give you one tea bag per day, per room. One tea bag for two people - in China! Even when asked, the maid was unable to give us more. Silly thing for the hotel to let itself down on, especially when it gives away less necessary items such as toiletries and toothbrushes.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone going to Xian. Amazing service and very centrally located. The airport shuttle bus is located a couple of minutes away from the hotel and is very cheap. We had a bit of a mix up with the pickup service from the airport and when I got to the hotel and complained they apologies and gave us a free plater of fruit for the inconvenience which I found was very nice considering most places wouldn’t have done anything. The breakfast buffet is 60cny and the best one out of all 6 hotels I stayed in during my trip to china. Their staff are friendly enough and they have a great travel agency on level 3 who were super helpful when I need some advice.
