Staff were very helpful particularly in assisting in getting us a taxi during rush hour to the train station, we had everyone from front desk to security assisting. It was much appreciated!
As they have long stay guests that cook in their rooms, there was a food odour when we turned on the air conditioning.
I could see this hotel would be a great for the business traveler. They have good access to electrical plug-ins for laptop and recharging electronics. Seemed clean, not cluttered and basic rooms but good size. Staff really made the difference!
Restaurant Tip : Across the street they have food vendors on the street, if you are adventurous you can get a great breakfast and/or snack for a few dollars, it was great food!

good location, stylish decor, good views
dump smell due to poor insulation
The hotel was very easy to find thanks to the very central location, we asked for a high rise room and got an apartment on the top floor with great views. The apartment was very well appointed with a small kitchenette and plenty of room. We did not have breackfast included however enjoyed our homely prepared fruit and tea with biscuits breackfast. The only downsize was a damp-smell which we think was due to the poorly insulated external walls which allowed humidity from the outside (Cheap Chinese stuff for you!!). Overall it was a great value for money.

Very good location walking distance to the Muslim Quarter. Good size rooms.
nothing in particular given the expectation
For our family of four (9yo, 7yo) it was just right and definitely a good value hotel. This is not a luxury 5 star hotel. I'd say maybe about 3.5 stars so set your expectation appropriately. We stayed in a one bedroom room that had basic furnishings and was clean and spacious - nothing extraordinary - just a basic, comfortable room. The the staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel (adjoining restaurant) as we wanted to venture into the local streets for our meals. Location is ideal as it's just a short walk to the Muslim Quarter where you can get plenty to eat, Overall I would recommend this hotel for families with children that want a good value hotel in a great location for exploring.
