Groups Thailand, November 28, 2012	Good location but hotel not wellknown, big room Near shopping mall 8.3 I arrived Xi'an train station around 4am, it's very hard to took taxi (may be it is too close to the train station). We tried to call taxi for appox. 20 mins finally we took the 3 wheels motercycle (4 people in our group). We got hotel around 5am in the morning, two ladies at check-in counter said that no booking information have been found and they didn't know what Agoda is? They also told us that the hotel have no deal with your site in anyway and hotel never has guests come in pass through Agoda before. Finally I must pay to get the rooms and its already 6am!!! I paid because I have no choice. But when the time of check out, staff inform me that they just receive booking information then they give back me money. I booked hotel through your site for more than 2 years with lot fo bookings. I don't expected that I'd face this terrible situation in using your service. I'm very disappiontment on you, I expect to get contact back me with reasonable answer soon! Hotel Feature Tip: Keep the hotel namecard in your pocket. It's very useful when you call taxi, its seem to be that nobody know this hotel even you can communicate in Chinese.
Sirion K. Groups Thailand, November 28, 2012	Room with living room Near to MRT 8.3 A walking distance to MRT, bell tower and city wall such a good location. The problem is its diffical to take taxi because driver don't know the hotel. So you have to keep hotel namecard with you all times. Room is big! Nightlife Tip: A lot of thing to eat around hotel at night.

Couples Australia, May 08, 2012	good location the location was great 6.7 On arrival we had a room with no air conditioning, but after complasining vigorouslythey moved us to a suite.The staff spoke no english which made things a little more difficult.The location was very good.The staff were trying hard enough and were polite.The room was in good condition although in need of some T.L.C.
