There's nothing worse than getting sick while traveling, but at those times, you get to see how much hotel personnel actually care about their guests. I had such a misfortune and on the 1st day after checking in to the hotel hit a 39 fever. Calling the manager they had set us up with a quick visit by a doctor and 2 nurses within 30 minutes (and health services are cheap there!). The assistant manager was with us orchestrating and monitoring the situation, and took great care of me during the process, as we had called them twice . Nothing less than great service.
Great service, Good location, computer in every room with internet service and large-screen TV (bring your own USB HD!).

- Hotel Feature Tip : When getting into Xi'an from the airport you may take a 20RMB bus all the way to the center (Drum tower). Grab a taxi for another 10-11RMB (if they don't try to take you the long route, which is actually nice since you get to see the rest of the city for another 10RMB) and you've got a cheap 30RMB from airport to hotel.
